Risk of cerebral aneurysm

Cerebral aneurysm is a condition that carries a great deal of risk. The main risks are aneurysm rupture and bleeding, and cerebral vasospasm. 1. Rupture and bleeding of cerebral aneurysm: After aneurysm is formed in a blood vessel, the wall of that part of the vessel will become thin. Under the effect of triggers such as lifting heavy objects, emotional fluctuations, coughing, breath holding, and straining to urinate and defecate, the stress of blood flow is enhanced, which can lead to aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage. After hemorrhage, it will lead to headache, nausea and vomiting, consciousness disorder, mental abnormality, epilepsy, meningeal irritation sign, fundus hemorrhage and other clinical manifestations, and in serious cases, it can lead to death of the patient. 2. Cerebral vasospasm: cerebral vasospasm often occurs after aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage, which is mostly caused by the destruction of red blood cells to produce vasoactive substances leading to cerebral vasoconstriction. The incidence of symptomatic cerebral vasospasm is not low, and it has a high rate of disability and death. For patients who have been diagnosed with cerebral hemangioma, they should immediately go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals and be treated under the guidance of professional physicians, so as to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse consequences.
