Some arrhythmias can recover on their own, such as atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats, by adjusting life and diet and paying attention to rest. There are many types of arrhythmias, but if the heart rhythm is normally normal and a few arrhythmias occur occasionally and there are no other uncomfortable symptoms, they will usually recover on their own. Some people with arrhythmias caused by stress or anxiety can recover on their own by adjusting their emotions and taking proper rest. However, arrhythmias caused by organic diseases, such as premature beats, sinus tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, and ventricular fibrillation, do not recover on their own, and ventricular fibrillation is a more dangerous arrhythmia that requires immediate resuscitation. Other arrhythmias may need to be treated with medications or radiofrequency ablation procedures and may resolve or disappear. Patients with arrhythmias should eat a diet that is easy to digest, light and nutritious, following the principles of small meals, low salt, low fat, multivitamins, regular rationing, and adequate sleep to help recover from the arrhythmia.
