Submandibular lymphadenitis, submandibular abscess: usually accompanied by redness, swelling, heat, and pain; 2. Parotitis, parotid abscess, and maxillofacial tumor: in addition to the phenomenon of swollen chin, there will also be redness, swelling, heat, pain, and other inflammatory manifestations. Usually anti-inflammatory treatment is needed, and if the effect is not satisfactory, CT or ultrasound examination is needed again. If it is a tumor, surgical intervention, radiotherapy or biological treatment should be considered; 3. Tumor in situ, lymphoma, metastatic cancer: it leads to swelling of the chin or lymph nodes, but no pain when pressed, detailed examination or even pathological examination is needed to further clarify the diagnosis; 4. Lymph node tuberculosis: it may lead to swelling of the chin.
