How to see the fetal monitoring curve to pass

The fetal heart rate baseline, fetal heart rate variability, fetal movement, fetal heart rate deceleration and fetal heart rate acceleration are the five aspects that need to be looked at to arrive at the result. 1. fetal heart rate baseline: the normal fetal heart rate baseline is between 110 and 160 beats/min. When less than 110 beats/min is called bradycardia and the fetal heart rate continues to slow down, it is important to rule out whether the fetus has congenital heart disease. The fetal heart rate can sometimes be less than 110 beats/min, especially if the fetus is over 40 weeks of gestation, so it is necessary to carefully check whether the fetus has hypoxia, and if so, early delivery is needed. If the tachycardia lasts for 10 minutes or more, it indicates that the fetal heart rate is abnormal; 2. The fetal heart rate is different from that of adults, and the value fluctuates in the range of 110-160 beats per minute. The fetal heart must have variation, about 5 times/min, this degree of variation is normal. If it is always at 110 beats/min or always at 120 beats/min with no response and no variation, this is not normal. However, if the fetal heart rate variation is high, it may indicate that the uterus is hypoxic due to the enlargement of the fetus in the late pregnancy, if there is occasionally an abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring, don’t worry too much, pregnant women can pay more attention to counting fetal movement; 3, fetal movement: fetal heart rate monitoring should be done for at least 20 minutes, and there should be at least 3 fetal movements in 20 minutes to be normal; 4, fetal heart rate deceleration: that is, the fetal heart rate slows down during contractions, whether there is early deceleration, repeat The fetal heart rate acceleration: the fetal heart rate should be accelerated when the fetus is moving, the acceleration should be greater than 15 times/min and the duration of acceleration should be greater than 15 seconds. The above five aspects are evaluated together, and only if there is no abnormality is a qualified fetal heart monitor chart.
