Fat people’s troubles: short penis?

What is “occult penis”?

In fact, the penis of children with occult penis usually develops normally, but the root of the penis is often hidden in the subcutaneous tissue in front of the pubic bone, which is usually called the “little belly” a little bit down. The concealed part of the penis is not the whole penis, but the part of the penis that cannot be extended forward due to the restriction of the muscle fiber band of the lower abdominal wall.
Therefore, a careful physical examination is required to confirm the diagnosis of occult penis. If you don’t recognize the difference between it and prepuce, and treat occult penis as prepuce, the result will be: instead of solving the problem of penis development restriction, the prepuce is getting less and less, which will cause great difficulties for the subsequent plastic surgery.
Is the short penis of a fat person because of “occult penis”?
Now we can answer the question at the beginning of the article: a fat man’s penis is not necessarily shorter than a thin man’s.
We often see that the penis of a fat person seems to be smaller, mainly because there is a large amount of fat accumulation in the pubic mound and in front of the pubic bone (that is, a little bit below the navel) of a fat person, which buries the penis deep in it, and when the fat is pushed by hand, the full picture of the penis can be seen.
This kind of penis, which cannot be revealed due to fat accumulation alone, is called “buried penis” in clinical practice.

How to treat abnormal penis development?
The accumulation of foreskin scale can cause urethral inflammation and urinary tract infection, and the chronic stimulation of foreskin scale can even induce the occurrence of penile cancer.
So the question is, what measures or treatments should be taken when your own child encounters the above situation?
As infants grow older, the opening of the foreskin will gradually become larger and the foreskin will recede upward on its own to reveal the head of the penis, thus separating the foreskin from the head of the penis.
1. Care of circumcision
If the foreskin is only too long, you do not have to choose surgery, as long as the daily flip cleaning, to maintain daily cleanliness can be.
If there is a slight inflammation, you can use a lotion to wash – such as gynecology, yes you read that right, wash more healthy.
If it often causes inflammation, it is recommended to do surgery after the inflammation is controlled.
2, treatment of circumcision
If it is prepuce, you can try the hand flip method: give the child a bath by pulling the foreskin upward, rinse the head of the penis with warm water, and then slightly force the foreskin repeatedly try to flip it upward, in order not to cry. 3. Treatment of occult penis

Do not regard occult penis as a simple prepuce, as the two treatments are completely different.
4. “Treatment” of buried penis
