Yellow water flowing from the ear may be bacterial infection of the external ear canal, cholesteatoma of the middle ear, acute suppurative otitis media and other diseases, feasible medication, surgical treatment and so on.

3. Acute suppurative otitis media: yellow water is mostly due to perforation of the tympanic membrane, which should be thoroughly cleaned with hydrogen peroxide solution and wiped clean with pus from the external auditory canal, and then localized with levofloxacin ear drops, and oral antibiotic medication is needed for serious cases.
