Factors in the development of uterine fibroids

  Uterine fibroids are benign diseases . It is not contagious and occurs between the ages of 30 and 55, but rarely before the age of 20 and after 60.  The incidence is very high and its occurrence is mainly related to estrogen. The incidence of fibroids is high in young women with relatively high estrogen levels, and they can shrink and disappear after menopause when estrogen decreases.  In addition, the occurrence of fibroids is related to the following factors: 1, obese people, fibroids have occurred because of the production of estrogen by adipose tissue.  2, long-term oral contraceptives, containing estrogen and progesterone stimulate the growth of fibroids.  3, excessive stress, excessive mental tension, family discord. Depression causes ovarian dysfunction leading to fibroids.  4, infertile women. Women who have not given birth are more likely to suffer from fibroids than women who have given birth.  5.Family history. Mothers and sisters of women with fibroids are at risk for the disease.  Fibroids thrive in high estrogen environments, such as pregnancy and exogenous application of estrogen. Patients with fibroids are often accompanied by endometrial hyperplasia and breast hyperplasia, which are associated with estrogenic stimulation.
