Can mild myocardial ischemia return to normal?

Mild myocardial ischemia is difficult to restore to normal. Myocardial ischemia refers to a decrease in blood perfusion to the heart, and there is actually no such thing as mild or severe, which usually does not require surgical treatment, but the condition is difficult to cure. Patients with myocardial ischemia need to clarify the degree of myocardial ischemia through cardiac ECT, coronary angiography and other tests. In case of mild myocardial ischemia, the stenosis is usually 30%-50%, the duration of pain episodes is shorter, and the occurrence of chest tightness is less severe and less frequent. In daily life, if pain occurs, it usually lasts no more than 15 minutes and can return to normal after rest. However, even mild myocardial ischemia still belongs to the category of coronary heart disease, and the heart vessels have become narrowed, just not to the extent of stent placement. Patients need to take a low-salt and low-fat diet, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, exercise properly, quit smoking and limit alcohol, avoid staying up late, avoid bad emotions, and apply relevant drugs under the guidance of doctors.
