Plantar warts are common warts that occur on the soles of the feet. They are benign superfluous epidermal organisms caused by the human papilloma virus and can be transmitted by self-inoculation through tiny breaks in the skin. The plantar warts are difficult to treat because of the daily stress on the soles of the feet and the friction of the shoes, and the thick keratin layer on the surface of the soles of the feet. Symptoms: It starts as a small, shiny papule, then gradually increases in size, with a rounded, well-defined surface and surrounded by a slightly higher and thicker keratin ring. After removing the surface keratin layer, there is a papillary keratin exposed underneath, which is easily bleeding and can fuse into patches when there are many. There is obvious pressure pain, and the pain is aggravated by squeezing with hands. Corns is a physical skin disease, is due to long-term friction and pressure caused by the skin keratinous hyperplastic damage. It is most often found in areas of the foot that are under pressure or stress, such as the middle of the front of the foot, the outside of the little toe or the inner edge of the thumb. Damage more than a single, pea-sized, smooth surface or slightly elevated, clearly bounded yellow, the center of the inverted cone-shaped keratin plugs embedded in the dermal papilla layer, compression of nerve endings, so walking, standing causes pain. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. It is not easy to cure plantar warts. The new ultra-pulse laser is now being used to cure both corns and warts, including many years of large, intractable plantar warts. The laser is then used to remove the diseased tissue layer by layer (each layer can be adjusted from a few tens of microns to a millimeter). The advanced laser can clearly see the root of the wart and completely remove the diseased tissue, the wound is very shallow, only a millimeter into the skin, and then supplemented with anti-viral medication, basically curing it in one go. After the surgery, you can usually walk, but be careful not to walk long distances and prevent infection, 1-2 weeks to heal.
