What to do in advanced lung adenocarcinoma without corresponding targeted drugs

When there is no corresponding targeted drug for advanced lung adenocarcinoma, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and other methods can be adopted.
1. Chemotherapy: chemotherapy can be chosen when there is no corresponding target drug for advanced lung adenocarcinoma. If the patients are first treated with advanced stage, they can take pemetrexed combined with platinum-based chemotherapy program; if they are relapsed drug-resistant patients, they can consider the second-line treatment program, such as docetaxel combined with platinum-based.
2. Radiotherapy: there is no corresponding targeted drug for advanced lung adenocarcinoma, if the primary foci are still under control, and there are only single or limited distant metastases (such as brain metastases and liver metastases), local radiotherapy can be added to the metastatic foci on the basis of chemotherapy, which can improve the local control rate and have certain benefits.
3. Immunotherapy: there is no corresponding targeted drug for advanced lung adenocarcinoma, if the patient is positive or highly expresses PD-L, immunotherapy can be applied, such as pabolizumab, atilizumab, etc.
In addition to the above methods, a combination of different therapies mentioned above, such as chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy, etc., can be adopted, and it is recommended that patients choose a suitable treatment plan under the guidance of their doctors.
Please strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for drug treatment and do not use drugs on your own.
