The main adverse effects of methylcobalamin include gastrointestinal reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. Allergic reactions such as urticaria and pruritus may also occur.
It should be noted that patients who are allergic to the components of the drug methylcobalamin are prohibited; methylcobalamin’s safety for pregnant and lactating women is not clear, need to be careful with the drug.
