  Hysteroscopy is a type of endoscopy that allows direct observation of the uterine cavity and endometrial lesions for diagnosis and treatment.  (A) Indications 1, to understand the cause of uterine bleeding or postmenopausal bleeding: such as suspected uterine polyps, submucosal fibroids, etc.  2. Dysmenorrhea, infertility, habitual abortion with suspected uterine malformation or uterine adhesions. Examination and treatment of interstitial tubal incompetence.  3.Family planning applications Such as treatment of residual intrauterine devices and tubal plugs for sterilization.  (II) Contraindications 1. acute pelvic infection; 2. high uterine bleeding or during menstruation; 3. pregnancy; 4. severe cardiopulmonary and vascular disease; 5. recent history of uterine injury.
