The main manifestation of heart failure is bruising; the main manifestation of lung failure is the change of arterial blood gas. 1. Heart failure: including left heart failure, right heart failure and total heart failure. (1) Left heart failure: manifested by pulmonary stasis and low cardiac output. Different degrees of dyspnea may appear, and wet rales in the lungs and the second heart sound of prancing rhythm may be heard. (2) Right heart failure: the main manifestation of the body circulation is stagnation. Hepatomegaly and jugular vein distension may be present. (3) Total heart failure: left heart failure secondary to right heart failure and the formation of total heart failure, paroxysmal dyspnea and other symptoms have been reduced. 2. Respiratory failure: including type I and type II respiratory failure. (1) Type I respiratory failure: the performance of arterial oxygen partial pressure is less than 60mmHg, carbon dioxide partial pressure is reduced or normal. It is mainly seen in gas exchange dysfunction such as interstitial lung disease. (2) Type II respiratory failure: arterial oxygen partial pressure is less than 60 mmHg, accompanied by carbon dioxide partial pressure is more than 50 mmHg, mainly seen in ventilation dysfunction, such as severe asthma. Heart failure and respiratory failure can often co-exist and be mutually causative. If symptoms occur, the patient should be hospitalized.
