What are the symptoms of colorectal cancer?

  Nowadays, the number of colorectal cancer incidence in China has increased sharply. Some data show that the Chinese diet is influenced by Europe and the United States, and the number of colorectal cancer incidence, which was previously thought to be less likely to occur in Asians, has increased sharply in China.  Colorectal cancer prone sites: transverse colon 3.3%, descending colon 2.1%, sigmoid colon 27.9%, rectum 57.1%, ascending colon 6.0%, cecum 3.4%, appendix 0.2%.  Common symptoms of colorectal cancer: blood in stool, abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension and pain, abdominal mass, intestinal obstruction, increased stools, alternating constipation and diarrhea, unexplained anemia, weight loss. Anal pain, difficulty in defecation, thinning and flattening of stool sticks.  Tests needed for colorectal cancer: fecal occult blood, anal fingering, radiography, colonoscopy.  Prevention of colorectal cancer: control the intake of animal fat, increase the intake of dietary fiber, and exercise more.  Regular checkups should be received in the following cases: over 40 years old, high animal fat diet, partial diet, low intake of dietary fiber, previous history of colorectal polyps, immediate family members with cancer, frequent consumption of convenience foods with hemorrhoids, unexamined for colorectal cancer, treated for other organ tumors or polyps.
