1. Single painless swelling: patients with testicular cancer will feel a single painless swelling in the testis at the scrotum in the early stage, which is not accompanied by pain or itching symptoms, and the epididymis and spermatic cord are normal.

Chorionic gonadotropin secretion: with the progress of the disease, a few patients with testicular tumor will also have chorionic gonadotropin secretion, which will lead to the development of male secondary sex characteristics, and some of the patients will have the symptom of gynecological feminization of male breasts.
4. Testicular cancer metastasis: some patients will also have metastatic symptoms of testicular cancer, such as hemoptysis and chest pain when lung metastasis occurs, bone pain and back pain when bone metastasis occurs, and multiple lymph nodes when lymphatic metastasis occurs.
