Congenital melanotic nevus on the upper and lower eyelids is known as a schwannoma in surgery and is a serious aesthetic concern. Cosmetically, there would be no ideal method. Surgical excisional plastic surgery is often the preferred method. However, it is easy to cause local morphological destruction, and although the mole is removed, the appearance is not always good. Treatment by photon is only effective for some patients from the cosmetic point of view, and the main advantage is that after the mole is removed, it does not cause morphological changes and almost no scars are produced. However, if after 6 to 8 treatments, the mole still recurs repeatedly, plastic surgery is used instead. Regarding the malignancy of moles it is just possible, but very unlikely.
