Why exercise can lower the risk of heart disease in thin people

A British study found that for people who do not exercise, the cholesterol levels of thin people and fat people are not very different, regular exercise of thin people are certainly healthier than those who do not exercise, the risk of cardiovascular disease is also lower. Researchers point out: many people, especially the thinner ones, believe that weight loss is the only result of exercise for them. The fact is not so, our study shows that thin people like other people, the more exercise the better to do to maintain health and monitor cholesterol. According to the report, researchers led by British experts, recruited about 100 men to participate in the study, divided them into three groups. 36 people with a thin body and have regularly do exercise; 47 people with a thin body and do not do exercise; 27 people with a fat body and do not do exercise. The results showed that the aerobic energy (aerobic energy is the most reliable indicator of health) of the exercisers was 30% higher than that of the non-exercisers, and the health of the exercisers was good relative to that of the men in general, and that of the non-exercisers was fair. There were significant differences in total and LDL cholesterol between the exercisers and non-exercisers, and these were related to the amount of exercise they did. Although body weight and height body mass index were similar in both categories of lean individuals, total and LDL cholesterol were significantly lower in those who exercised than in those who did not exercise. Those who were lean but did not exercise had lower fat percentages than fat people who did not exercise, but higher than those who were lean but exercised. The study says that people who exercise have a lower risk of heart disease, and that this risk is higher or lower independent of fat percentage.
