Clinically rheumatic pain can be treated by taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), glucocorticoids, and condition-altering anti-rheumatic drugs. 1. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Celecoxib and ibuprofen are commonly used in the treatment of rheumatic pain, which inhibit the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins through the inhibition of the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase, thus playing the effect of analgesia, but without the effect of controlling rheumatism. 2. Glucocorticoids: widely used in the treatment of rheumatism, its anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive and analgesic effects are more significant, clinically commonly used methylprednisolone, prednisolone and so on. 3. Change the condition of the anti-rheumatic drugs: rheumatic pain not only need analgesic, but also need to change the rheumatic condition of the drugs for anti-rheumatic treatment, commonly used LiuZiSulPyridine, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine and so on. Rheumatic pain treatment needs to be rationally applied under the guidance of the clinician, do not use without authorization, so as not to adversely affect the organism.
