How to warm breastmilk for babies

Methods of warming breastmilk include heating in running water, overnight in the freezer and then warming in warm water.
1. Heating with running water: Generally, you can use slightly warmer running water to raise the temperature of the breastmilk, then put it into bottles and heat the bottles in a container of lukewarm water (below 40°C).
2. Overnight in the refrigerator: You can choose the overnight in the refrigerator option and then warm the bottles in a container of warm water (below 40°C).
Always check the temperature of breastmilk before giving it to your child in order to avoid any adverse effects on the child. Be careful not to heat breastmilk at high temperatures, as this can cause the active substances in breastmilk to lose their effect.
