Regarding the treatment plan of occult nephritis, an important reference is the results of renal puncture pathology. If the result is mild thylakoid proliferative glomerulonephritis or microscopic lesion glomerulonephritis, and the 24h UP quantification is less than 1g, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone receptor inhibitors, such as Devon or Ortan, can be used to reduce urinary protein and protect renal function. If the treatment is not effective, it can also be treated with sufficient amount of glucocorticoids alone, combined with corresponding anticoagulant drugs, along with renal preservation therapy such as Jinshui Bao capsule or Huangkui capsule, which can be completely cured in about six months. If the pathological type manifests as membranous nephropathy, it can be observed for 6 months on the basis of anticoagulation. If the treatment is not effective, it can be treated with adequate amount of glucocorticoids combined with cyclophosphamide, and the cycle can be completely cured in about 24-36 months. If the manifestation is membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis or other types of nephritis, the treatment effect is poor, and treatment with 2-3 drugs in combination with immunosuppressive drugs may be required.
