Hemorrhoid grade differentiation

Hemorrhoids can be categorized into Grade I, Grade II, Grade III and Grade IV conditions, and the grade needs to be determined according to the clinical manifestations of the patient. 1. Grade 1: The patient has blood in the stool, bright red in color, with a relatively small amount, and there is no prolapse of excess lumps. 2. Grade 2: The patient has blood in the stool, the content is relatively high, and there may be a mass prolapsing out of the anus during defecation, which can be retrieved on its own. 3. Grade 3: There is blood in the stool, and the swelling may be prolapsed from the anus during defecation, which cannot be retracted on its own, and requires external force to recover. 4. Grade 4: blood in the stool, excess swelling can not be self-returned after discharge, there may be necrosis, incarceration and so on. Grade two hemorrhoids can be treated with medication, while grade three and four hemorrhoids are usually treated with surgery. Hemorrhoid patients in daily life, to avoid eating spicy and stimulating food, avoid exertion and stay up all night, avoid sitting and squatting for a long time, to keep the bowel movement, such as symptoms aggravated, timely to the hospital, to give reasonable treatment.
