Cervical spondylosis may lead to phytodysfunction, which is related to the pathological and physiological factors of cervical spondylosis. Patients with cervical spondylosis suffer from decreased stability of the cervical spine and herniated cervical discs, which cause stimulation of the sinus nerve of the intervertebral disc fiber ring and subsequently cause sympathetic nerve dysfunction, mainly manifesting as increased excitability of sympathetic nerves, leading to a series of manifestations of phytodysfunction. It is also directly related to the patient’s physique. If the patient himself is introverted and withdrawn, or if he suffers from long-term work pressure or irregular life, he will induce the disorder of vegetative nerve function. In addition, the occurrence of plant nerve dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylosis is also directly related to the course of the patient’s disease, which mostly occurs in patients with a long course of disease.
