The right side of the testicle drops more than the left side, which may be caused by physiological factors and generally do not need special treatment; it may also be caused by pathologic factors, which need to be treated according to different causes.
Physiological factors: if both testicles are well developed without any uncomfortable symptoms, they are caused by physiological factors and generally do not need special treatment.

Pathological factors: if caused by cryptorchidism of the left testicle, it can be treated by left cryptorchidism descent fixation; if caused by right testicular tumor, it can be treated by surgical resection of the tumor; if caused by sheath effusion of the right testicle, it can be treated by testicular sheath reversal; if caused by varicocele of the right testicle, it can be treated by surgical treatment such as spermatic vein ligation in high position.
If the patient has the symptom that the right side of the testicle falls down more than the left side, he should go to the regular hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
