Symptoms of gallbladder stones are mainly manifested as biliary colic; most of intrahepatic bile duct stones are asymptomatic, and chills and high fever may occur; symptoms of extrahepatic bile duct stones may include abdominal pain, jaundice, chills and high fever, and so on.
1. Gallbladder stones: The most common symptom of gallbladder stones is biliary colic, which often occurs after eating greasy food and when the body position changes, and can radiate to the right shoulder and back. Hidden pain in the upper abdomen is also a common symptom, mostly after eating greasy food, abdominal discomfort, belching, eructation and so on.
2. Intrahepatic bile duct stones: Most of the intrahepatic bile duct stones have no obvious symptoms, only discomfort in the upper abdomen, if secondary bile duct infection, chills and high fever can occur.
3. Extrahepatic bile duct stones: usually there are no obvious symptoms, if there is bile duct obstruction, there can be abdominal pain, jaundice, chills and high fever. Abdominal pain and abdominal pain are mainly in the lower part of the raphe or right upper abdomen. Jaundice is mainly manifested by the light color of the stool. Chills and high fever may occur in case of infection.
