How to prevent oral cancer

1.Strengthen the cancer prevention survey to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. If there is any long-lasting erosion, crack or ulcer in the oral cavity, great attention should be paid to it, and if necessary, a small piece of tissue should be cut for pathological examination. 2. Pay attention to oral hygiene, brush your teeth in the morning and evening; remove the residual roots and crowns of teeth and correct unsuitable dentures. 3.For benign lesions or precancerous lesions in the mouth, such as papilloma of the tongue body, erosive flat moss, heavy white spots, etc., they should be removed for biopsy in time or treated actively and observed regularly. 4. Quit smoking, alcohol and other bad habits, strengthen exercise, improve nutrition, eat more fresh fruits rich in vitamins and anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects, and eat less stimulating food.
