Rapid relief of arrhythmias

There are three main treatments for arrhythmias: 1) medication; 2) electrical cardioversion; and 3) radiofrequency ablation. The first two methods for rapid relief of arrhythmias are the intravenous use of antiarrhythmic drugs, or the use of direct current electrical resuscitation therapy. It depends on the type of arrhythmia, because there are many types of arrhythmias, such as episodic premature beats, frequent premature beats, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and so on. Only paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia, rapid atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation, etc. that cause significant hemodynamic disturbances require rapid arrhythmia relief. Rapid termination of the arrhythmia can be achieved by first choosing an antiarrhythmic drug for intravenous administration. Electrical resuscitation can also be used to terminate the tachycardia using direct current, which can also be used to achieve a cure.
