Suddenly get up and dizzy what causes

The sudden onset of dizziness may be caused by a transient drop in blood pressure causing hypoperfusion in the brain, which may result in insufficient blood supply to the brain, including insufficient blood supply to the brain and insufficient blood supply to the cerebellar brainstem. In the case of cerebral insufficiency, the patient may experience blackness in front of the eyes, sensory impairment of the limbs, motor dysfunction, and transient aphasia or dysarthria. In the case of insufficient blood supply to the cerebellar brainstem, patients mainly present with dizziness, balance disorders, and ataxia. Due to the usual low blood pressure, the patient may also cause transient cerebral hypoperfusion when he/she gets up suddenly. Most of the above symptoms in patients are caused by postural hypotension. Postural hypotension, is a systemic autonomic dysfunction disorder. Patients generally have higher blood pressure in the prone position and lower blood pressure in the sitting or upright position. If the patient suddenly stands up from a sitting position, it may cause a transient drop in blood pressure, which may cause hypoperfusion in the brain and the patient may experience the above symptoms.
