Hepatic hemangioma does not need to take Liver Fukang Granules. Hepatic hemangioma is not yet treatable by drugs, and the need for surgical treatment can be decided according to the size of the tumor as well as the clinical symptoms. Hepatic hemangioma is a large number of arteriovenous vascular malformations in the liver constituting a mass structure, is the most common primary benign tumor of the liver. It is mostly asymptomatic and may manifest as an abdominal mass. Complete surgical resection is the only curable option. Small, asymptomatic hepatic hemangiomas do not require treatment, and after diagnosis, ultrasonography can be performed at intervals of 6-12 months for dynamic observation of its changes. The indications for surgery of hepatic hemangioma are: (1) obvious clinical symptoms; (2) rapid enlargement of hemangioma, with the diameter larger than 10cm, especially those located in the liver margin, with the risk of traumatic rupture; (3) hemangioma with the tendency of malignant transformation. Liver Fukang granules are mainly used for chronic hepatitis, with a certain liver function. Its side effects are not clear, pregnant women are prohibited. It is suggested that patients with hepatic hemangioma should maintain regular daily routine, avoid overwork, eat meat, eggs, milk and other high-quality protein food, avoid eating excessive greasy food, and seek medical treatment if there are obvious discomfort symptoms.
