What are the precautions to take after scaling?

What are the precautions after scaling?  1.After scaling, it is normal for customers with gum inflammation to have a small amount of bleeding after scaling 2.A small amount of bleeding after scaling can be done by rinsing the mouth with water after 30-60 minutes of applying drugs such as Palladium 3.After scaling, teeth will be sensitive and sour, which will usually disappear on its own in about a week 4.After scaling, within 24 hours, avoid eating stimulating foods such as too cold and too hot 5.After scaling, please do not suck or lick with your tongue or touch your teeth with your finger 6.After the cleaning, please try to smoke less and do not drink too much acidic drinks.
