For oral inorganic phosphorus poisoning, if the patient is awake at the scene, emetic should be given immediately to expel the unabsorbed inorganic phosphorus poison as soon as possible, and sent to the hospital as soon as possible for treatment. Gastric lavage is usually given immediately, either with water or by applying potassium permanganate solution or 1% copper sulfate solution, and diarrhea is induced if necessary. Symptomatic treatment is given, including gastric mucous membrane protective agents, hepatoprotective therapy, rehydration to promote metabolism and so on. In case of severe symptoms of poisoning, such as coma, shock, convulsions, etc., blood filtration can be considered while stabilizing vital signs. For patients with inhalation poisoning, quickly move the patient to fresh air, should immediately wash the skin, change clothes; if the skin is stained, immediately use 1% copper sulfate solution, 2% sodium bicarbonate solution or 2% hydrogen peroxide solution to rinse the skin, and then use a large amount of water to rinse. At the same time should actively rescue pulmonary edema, prevent respiratory failure.
