The breast cancer chemotherapy regimen TC refers to the paclitaxel plus cyclophosphamide approach, which is the lighter of the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy regimens for breast cancer and is indicated for postoperative adjuvant treatment with relatively few lymph node metastases and few risk factors. Its usage is paclitaxel 135-175 mg/m² and cyclophosphamide 1000 mg/m² once every 3 weeks. This regimen has relatively few side effects on the hematological system as well as the digestive system, and chemotherapy is discontinued after 4-6 cycles to enter the observation phase. If endocrine therapy is indicated, maintenance therapy with endocrine therapy can be continued with trastuzumab, if anti-HER2 drugs, such as trastuzumab, are indicated.
