What’s with the shaking fingers?

Finger shivering may be related to physiological factors, or it may be caused by hypocalcemia, hyperthyroidism, idiopathic tremor and so on.
1. Physiological factors: For example, shivering fingers may be caused by sudden exposure to stressful events, resulting in mental and emotional stimulation, emotional instability, excessive mental tension and anxiety.
2. Hypocalcemia: The low calcium level in the blood leads to an increase in the excitability of the muscle nerves, which may cause shivering of the fingers, and may be accompanied by numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, and around the mouth.
3. Hyperthyroidism: because the patient’s thyroid gland is overactive, resulting in excessive secretion of thyroid hormones and increased basal metabolic rate, it may cause shivering of the fingers, which may also be accompanied by hyperphagia, emaciation and other manifestations.
4. idiopathic tremor: this disease is a benign tremor, which can be manifested as a part of the body rhythmic, uncontrolled shaking, which may cause finger shivering, may also be accompanied by involuntary head bobbing.
Finger shivering, after excluding physiological factors, should be taken seriously and go to the regular hospital as soon as possible.
