Most of the lung substantial nodules are benign lesions, and only a few less than 10% or so of the lung solid nodules are malignant occupying lesions, which are cancers, such as bronchopulmonary carcinoma and alveolar cell carcinoma. And benign lesions are mainly nodules formed in response to inflammation, such as tuberculosis, stones and foci of fibrosis and calcification in silicosis and pneumoconiosis, and vascular malformations in the lungs. And very few of them are malignant occupational lesions of the lungs, the nature of which can be clarified through clinical taking of biopsy and pathological examination, and early surgical treatment after clear diagnosis, and supplemented with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
