How to treat and identify the phlegm-heat and wind-driven type of Parkinson’s disease?

Phlegm-heat and wind-activated type: Symptoms: head shaking, numbness and trembling of limbs, heavy hand inability to hold things, dizziness, stuffiness in the chest and epigastrium, bitter and sticky mouth, or even spiteful saliva. The tongue is fat, with teeth marks, red, yellowish coating, and slippery pulse. Representative formula: Guiding Phlegm Tang combined with Antelope and Hooked Vine Tang plus or minus. The former formula dispels phlegm and moves Qi, while the latter formula clears heat and pacifies the liver to quench wind. The combination of the two formulae resolves phlegm with heat and pacifies the liver to quench wind, which is suitable for tremors caused by phlegm-heat internalization and disturbance of liver wind.
