5. Patients with refractive error in both eyes.
6.Patients who undergo surgery again: LASIK: more than 3-6 months interval; PRK: preferably more than 1 year interval; RK: preferably more than 2 years interval.
7.Patients with greater myopia and/or astigmatism 1 year after penetrating corneal transplantation and more than 6 months after removal of stitches.

1.Visual acuity examination: including near and far vision and best corrected visual acuity.

3.Ocular segment and fundus examination: to exclude corneal, conjunctival, crystal, fundus and other pathologies.
4.IOP examination: to exclude the possibility of high intraocular pressure and glaucoma.
5.Special examination: including corneal thickness measurement, corneal topography, ocular wavefront phase difference and other examinations

Three, excimer laser surgery precautions.
(a) Precautions before surgery.
1.Please follow the doctor’s prescription for antibiotic eye drops before surgery.
2. One day before surgery, please wash your hair and take a shower for good personal hygiene, relax and ensure sufficient sleep.
3.Please eat easy-to-digest food before surgery, do not eat on an empty stomach or in excess.
4.A family member should accompany you on the day of surgery.
5.Wash your face on the day of surgery, please do not put on makeup, and forbid the use of perfume and any cosmetics with irritating smell.
6.If you have a cold or special discomfort before surgery, please inform the doctor so that you can handle it as appropriate.
7. For those who are wearing corneal contact lenses: soft lenses should be stopped for more than 2 weeks, hard lenses should be stopped for more than 3 weeks, and OK lenses should be stopped for more than 1-3 months.
(B), precautions in surgery.

(C), post-surgery precautions.
1, the day after surgery will appear photophobia, tearing or foreign body sensation, at this time should be waiting for tears out of the face after wiping tears, do not use tissues or towels directly touch the eye. At the same time, you should try to rest with your eyes closed, do not turn your eyes or rub your eyes, and do not rub and press your eyeballs.
2. The number and type of medication used after surgery should be strictly in accordance with the doctor’s prescription.
3.Check strictly according to the medical prescription and insist on regular review: the first day after surgery must be reviewed, the seventh day, the fifteenth day, and the fifteenth day.

4.Wear protective glasses (windscreen or sunglasses) one day after surgery, and wear an eye shield to protect the cornea when sleeping.

6. Pay attention to waterproofing within two weeks after surgery, do not splash water into the eyes when washing your face; do not swim within one month after surgery.
