The pain is often acute in internal and external epicondylitis of the humerus; osteoarthritis of the elbow is located in the joint space; heterotopic ossification of the elbow occurs in the front of the elbow and presents as swelling and pressure pain in the elbow joint; and neuroarthritis of the elbow is often less painful and only slightly uncomfortable.
