How to treat mild intestinal chemosis

The treatment of mild intestinal chemosis mainly includes dietary modification, mitigation and elimination of damage factors, enhancement of gastric mucosal barrier and traditional Chinese medicine identification and treatment.
Intestinal chemosis, also known as intestinal epithelialization, is the replacement of gastric mucosal epithelial cells by intestinal epithelial cells. Intestinal metaplasia is divided into small intestine type metaplasia and colon type metaplasia. Small intestine type metaplasia is mostly seen in benign gastric lesions, while colon type metaplasia has a large part of transformation into cancer, which is closely related to the occurrence of cancer, and the mildness is only a description of the degree of its metaplasia.
1. Dietary regulation: avoid too acidic, too spicy, raw and cold, rough and stimulating food.
2. Reduction and elimination of damaging factors:
(1) Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: If the patient is accompanied by Helicobacter pylori infection, he/she can use quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori removal under the guidance of physician.
(2) Acid inhibition and gastric protection: if the patient has symptoms such as heartburn and acid reflux, H2 receptor antagonists or proton pump inhibitors can be applied to inhibit gastric acid secretion and improve the symptoms.
(3) Others: if there is duodenal-gastric reflux, gastric dynamics can be used to promote peristalsis to reduce intestinal fluid reflux.
(3) Enhancement of gastric mucosal barrier: colloidal bismuth pectin is an ideal gastric mucosal protector, in addition to aluminum sulfate.
4. Traditional Chinese medicine: through the identification and treatment, medicines can be prescribed to dredge the liver and regulate qi, strengthen the spleen and stomach, clear heat and diuresis, and nourish yin and benefit the stomach, and so on.
It is suggested that patients with mild intestinal dysbiosis should pay attention to the dietary rules, diet should be regular and quantitative, avoiding too acidic, too spicy, raw and cold and rough food, and active treatment to avoid further development of the condition. The above drugs should be used under the guidance of a professional physician. It is recommended that patients with mild intestinal dysplasia should seek timely medical treatment as soon as possible to avoid the progression of the disease.
