How to treat nose rosacea

The treatment of nose rosacea mainly includes general treatment, medication, phototherapy and surgery.
1. General treatment: avoid excessive cleansing in daily life, and pay attention to strengthening moisturizing and physical sun protection. Localized cold compress treatment can be appropriate.
2. Drug treatment:
(1) Topical drugs: commonly used including antibiotics, such as clindamycin, erythromycin, etc.; calcium-modulated phosphatase inhibitors, such as tacrolimus, etc.; others such as phenylacetyl peroxide, azelaic acid, etc.
(2) Systemic drugs: including anti-microbial agents, e.g. doxycycline, minocycline, etc.; retinoids, e.g. isotretinoin, etc.; and others include hydroxychloroquine. Some of the long-term excessive mental tension, anxiety, etc. can be used as appropriate, such as alprazolam, diazepam.
3. Photoelectricity treatment: commonly used, including intense pulsed light, dye laser and so on.
4. Surgical treatment: for nasal or ophthalmic type, etc., the effect of drug treatment is not good.
It is recommended to consult a doctor in time for diagnosis and treatment. The use of specific drugs should be under the guidance of the doctor.
