Bleeding is not necessarily cervical cancer, one cannot judge cervical cancer based on one symptom alone. Bleeding should refer to vaginal bleeding of women, which may be a normal physiological phenomenon, but it cannot be excluded from pathologic factors such as endometrial detachment, endometrial polyp, and so on, so it is recommended to consult doctor in time for treatment after exclusion of physiological factors. Cervical cancer cannot be diagnosed by vaginal bleeding alone. Doctors need to make a comprehensive diagnosis through cervical cytology, colposcopy and pathological examination according to the medical history and clinical manifestations, especially for those with contact vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding in women can also be normal physiological phenomena, such as normal menstrual bleeding, and bleeding caused by the hymen rupture due to the first sexual intercourse. Vaginal bleeding can also be caused by endometrial polyps or endometrial detachment. 1. Endometrial polyps: If the endometrium of the uterus develops polyp-like tissues, it will lead to an increase in the size of the endometrium, which will ultimately cause the patient to experience irregular bleeding in the vagina. 2. When a woman’s menstrual cycle comes to an end, the endometrium will generally thicken slowly under the action of estrogen. After ovulation, the corpus luteum of the woman will shrink, and progesterone and estrogen will decline, causing the endometrium to detach and necrolyze, which may cause bleeding, and ultimately lead to hemorrhage. It is recommended that after eliminating physiological factors, patients should consult a doctor in time to identify the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms.
