Bolivar is the trade name for clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets, which are mainly used to prevent myocardial infarction from central atherosclerosis and cerebral thrombosis, as well as re-embolism in patients with endovascular stents. Each tablet is 75 mg and the recommended dose for patients with myocardial infarction is one tablet per day, which can be taken with food. For patients in the acute phase, the first 4 tablets can be 300mg, and then 1 tablet per day can be taken continuously. There is a risk of bleeding if Bolivar and aspirin are taken together, so try not to use aspirin together. Patients should be on the drug for at least 4 weeks.
