Clearing the Lungs and Eliminating Inflammation Pill is composed of ephedra, gypsum, diaphragm, burdock, artificial oxalis, and fried bitter almonds. It has the effects of clearing lung and resolving phlegm (clearing lung heat and resolving phlegm evil), relieving cough and calming asthma (stopping cough and calming wheezing).
Pill is used for cough and asthma caused by phlegm-heat obstruction of the lungs, distension and pain in the chest and ribs, spitting of yellowish phlegm; upper respiratory tract infections, acute bronchitis, acute attacks of chronic bronchitis, see the above symptoms.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy, cold and greasy food. It is not suitable to take tonic Chinese medicine at the same time during the period of taking the medicine. Cough caused by wind-cold syndrome and cardiac insufficiency should be used with caution.
