Contraindications: End-stage cirrhosis with severe complications (severe gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic coma, severe esophagogastric varices) Unstable vital signs, such as respiration, blood pressure, pulse Severe infections Heart, lung, kidney and other organ failure Severe bleeding tendencies, very poor coagulation (PTA <35%) Malignant tumors Age less than 20 years or more than 60 years Other serious conditions. Possible intraoperative and postoperative complications: mainly due to traumatic operations such as bone marrow puncture and femoral artery cannulation: local hematoma and bleeding during bone marrow puncture and hepatic artery cannulation Blood pressure may drop during bone marrow collection Failure of puncture due to abnormal anatomical position of the femoral artery Failure of cannulation due to vasospasm during femoral artery cannulation other unforeseen accidents.
