How to read the report form of pneumoconiosis test

Thalassemia is thalassemia, a genetic disease in which the patient develops symptoms of hemolytic anemia due to a genetic gene defect that leads to impaired synthesis of the peptide chain of pearl proteins. There are various kinds of test report cards for thalassemia, the common ones are: i. Routine blood test report card, the hemoglobin concentration of patients with thalassemia may be normal or reduced, in general, the average volume of red blood cells and the average hemoglobin amount of red blood cells are significantly reduced; ii. Hemoglobin electrophoresis, according to the hemoglobin electrophoresis test, if abnormally increased concentration of hemoglobin A2 is found, it can be diagnosed as β- Thalassemia; third, peptide chain examination, if peptide chain is found to be missing, it can be diagnosed as α-thalassemia; fourth, thalassemia gene examination, this is the most accurate examination method, α-thalassemia has 6 loci that are often problematic, while β-thalassemia often has 16 loci that are abnormal, thalassemia can be diagnosed through thalassemia gene examination.
