Pimples in the armpits may be a result of skin allergy, folliculitis, sebaceous cysts and other conditions.
1. Skin allergy: if the patient is allergic to the material of the clothes he wears, or allergic to hair removal cream, it may lead to allergic reaction of the underarm skin, and tiny red pimples will appear, accompanied by itching symptoms.
2. Folliculitis: If the pimples are raised red bumps with yellowish-white pus spots at the top of the red bumps and hairs running through the center, folliculitis can be considered.
3. Sebaceous cysts: If the pimples belong to the growths from underneath the skin, the pimples are hard to the touch, hemispherical, and have some pain, they may be sebaceous cysts.
Considering the complexity of the cause, the patient should consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause and be guided by the doctor to standardize the treatment.
