Her2 (1+) means that it represents a negative result in her2 immunohistochemistry, which is ineffective for anti-her2 treatment and the prognosis belongs to the better one. Her2 is a cell-derived oncogene, which is overexpressed and amplified in a variety of tumors by its oncogene and its transcribed protein products. Currently, it is mostly used as an indicator for immunohistochemistry in breast cancer, which correlates with the prognosis of the tumor as well as with the efficacy of anti-her2 treatment. Generally speaking, there are 5 kinds of her2 test results: 0, -, 1+, 2+, 3+, the first two represent negative immunohistochemistry results, and 3+ represents positive immunohistochemistry results, which is good for anti-her2 treatment, while 2+ indicates that further improvement of relevant tests is needed. At present, the treatment of breast cancer can not only look at the immunohistochemistry results of her2, but also need to improve the relevant examination, under the guidance of the doctor to actively treat, follow the doctor’s instructions.
