How to determine whether the intestines and stomach are good or not

If there is gastrointestinal disease, it usually starts with symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc. If there are these discomforts, you can check the tongue to see if there is a thick and greasy tongue; do a manual examination of the abdomen to see if there is abdominal pressure pain, rebound pain, and symptoms such as hyperactive or absent bowel sounds. If there is chronic abdominal distension, abdominal pain, belching, and acid reflux, it mostly indicates that the lesion is in the stomach, and barium fluoroscopy and gastroscopy can be done to confirm the diagnosis. If there is chronic diarrhea, abdominal pain and other symptoms, the lesion should be considered in the intestine, and routine stool examination, stool culture and colonoscopy can be done if necessary. If there is abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting, accompanied by anal defecation and loss of exhaustion, there is a possibility of digestive tract obstruction, and abdominal fluoroscopy is needed to clarify; if a mass is palpated in the abdomen, there is a possibility of digestive tract tumor, and abdominal ultrasound, CT and other examinations should be done to clarify the diagnosis.
