Biological tumor therapy: evaluation of patients’ condition before DC-CIK treatment

1.After admission, detailed medical history and physical examination, and the karst score of physical condition; 2.Obtain detailed tumor pathology classification and typing, immunohistochemistry results; 3.Recent CT examination results of head, neck, chest and abdomen; 4.Autoimmune disease indexes such as cellular immune function, humoral immune function, blood sedimentation, rheumatic factor, tumor-related indexes, biochemical complete set, E rosette test, macrophage movement inhibition test within one week; 5.Bone marrow pathology examination results are required for hematological tumors; 6.Gene mutation detection is also required for different tumors.
