Irritating pain may exist in the early stage of oral cancer, but the symptoms are not serious in general.
1. Oral cancer belongs to malignant tumor, and at the early stage of the disease, white spots, red and white spots, ulcers and lumps may appear on oral mucosa. However, there is usually no obvious pain. Some patients may have irritating pain when eating stimulating, spicy and hard food.
2. Persistent pain or paroxysmal pain may occur as the tumor increases in size or secondary to acute infection; after the ulcers are aggravated, the cancer cells will infiltrate into the deeper layers, and pain will also occur.
If there are progressive oral ulcers, oral swellings, or white spots of oral mucosa that cannot subside, one should consult a doctor for examination in time, so as to achieve early detection, early treatment and better therapeutic effect.
