Pemphigus is a type of herpetic disease in dermatology and is divided into common pemphigus, erythematous pemphigus, deciduous pemphigus and proliferative pemphigus, of which the common type is the most common and has the most severe symptoms. Oral prednisone tablets, the dose of which is determined by weight and lesion area, as well as calcium tablets and acid suppressants, should be given to enhance the cleanliness of the lesions, and strict surgical dressing changes should be given to prevent secondary infections, and topical tacrolimus ointment, paregoric pine cream, chlortetracycline ointment or mupirocin ointment should be applied to the lesions.
