This is only part of the article “Complications of axillary odor treatment and surgical management” published in the Chinese Journal of Surgery, 12, 2007. Axillary odor treatment methods include drug topical application, drug injection, and surgical treatment. The complications after treatment mainly include recurrence, local skin hardening, local palsy marks, and fatigue contracture affecting the function of upper limbs. We used the surgical treatment of medium-length incision subcutaneous tissue peeling, paralytic scar excision plus reshaping, and obtained good results, which are reported as follows Zhengzhou University First Affiliated Hospital Plastic Surgery Department Zhai Xiaomei Surgical method selection: local no obvious paralytic scar and paralytic scar is small, and can be directly sutured after excision. The surgical treatment of medium-length incision: local palsy scar; larger scope: palsy scar excision plus deformation; local palsy scar with large scope and upper limb dysfunction: palsy scar excision plus local flap transfer; local extensive palsy scar: excision plus full-thickness skin slice graft.
